1. Insert Form in HTML Page on the local Computer
Arclab Web Form Builder allows you to build a php web form page based on a HTML host page. The HTML host page is the HTML page in which the form should be inserted. The host page will be used as a template only - it will not be changed. The php script contains the content of the HTML host page with the inserted web form, which can host multiple form pages.
The usage is very simple - just add the keyword ARCLABWEBFORM at the position you want to insert the from in your HTML page and load the HTML page.
2. Insert Form in HTML Page on the World Wide Web
It works the same way as loading a HTML file on the local computer, but the HTML host page will be downloaded from the web instead. This is useful if you use server side includes or if you already have uploaded the HTML page to your web.
3. Insert Form in php Page using php Include
In this mode the program will create a script containing the form only, which can be included in an existing php page.
Important: The host page must have the the extension .php e.g. index.php and the charset of the host page must be set to utf-8.
Enter e.g. <?php include "webform.php"?> to your existing php page to include the generated form (php script).
4. Insert Form in blank Page
This mode will create a form in a blank page, which could be used directly as "standalone page" or inserted into an existing page using an iframe.
