Web Form Builder

 

Form Pages:

Each form contains at least 3 pages: 1 "Form Page", the "Success Page" and the "Error Page".
All form pages and the result pages (success and error) will be created by the same (single) .php file.

  • Click on the page to edit the selected page.
  • Click on "Add Form Page" to add a new form page (for multi-page forms).
  • The "Success Page" and "Error Page" are pre-defined pages, which will be shown after the form submission.

 

Form Elements:

The program supports different types of form elements:
Input Elements (Regular or Required), Static Elements, Captcha, Navigation and Submit Buttons

Double-click on one of the form elements or select the form and click on "Insert Form Element".

 

Edit Form Elements:

Click on the input field, static or page to edit, move or delete the form element.

Toggle between Preview and Edit Mode:

Click on "Edit Form" to edit the form and on "Preview Form" to show the form without the edit options and borders.
